Connecting each account takes about 30 seconds. We use official OAuth authentication, so you never share your passwords with us. You'll be redirected to each platform to authorize MindPost AI, then redirected back.

We currently support Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. We use official APIs and OAuth authentication for secure connections. More platforms are coming based on user demand.

Beta users will be notified well in advance before any paid plans launch. You'll have the option to continue on a free tier or upgrade to a paid plan. Your data and connected accounts will remain intact.

Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication, meaning we never see your social media passwords. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We only request the minimum permissions needed to post on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings.

We only request permissions to post content and read basic profile information. We never request permissions to read your DMs, follower lists, or private data. Each platform connection shows exactly what we can and cannot access.

Yes. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your settings. Disconnecting immediately revokes MindPost AI's access to that platform.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your content is yours. We process it only to provide the service you signed up for. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We follow SOC 2 and GDPR compliance standards. Content is retained only as long as you maintain an active account.

Team features are coming soon. During beta, each account is single-user. Enterprise plans will support multi-user collaboration, approvals, and role-based permissions.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data and connected accounts will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at ash@lumeneze.com for assistance.

Yes. You can export all your posts, drafts, and scheduled content from your account settings. We believe your content should always be portable.
